Dr Andrews started her health care journey as a registered nurse, having worked in maternity and pediatric ICU units prior to starting medical school at the University of Calgary.  She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Memorial University of Newfoundland, and then completed the General Internal Medicine Fellowship program back at the University of Calgary.  She has been serving Southern Alberta since 2020.  She is originally from rural Manitoba and lives with her husband and their two children in the the countryside.
